The Myhome management team recognizes that for this standard of service to show through, all of our home cleaners and office staff need to subscribe to this same customer focused philosophy of Care, Dependability and Expertise. These three core principles need to be at the heart of every aspect of our service provision. Right from the initial training of our home cleaners, all of them need to understand what these principles mean and how they relate to each task we perform and how they relate to each other. Only then can we expect the management team and service providers to understand and communicate effectively with each other and with our clients.

Using these three principles we set out on each job to deliver a positive experience to our clients each and every time. Only then can we expect that our clients will continue to use us and refer their friends and family to our business. This will in turn lead to a consistently growing number of clients and as a by-product a successful business. By arriving at the agreed time, and by being correctly uniformed and equipped while exuding the correct attitude, professionalism, and respect we stack the odds in our favour for being able to provide a first class service. When on the occasion that things do not go to plan, by applying these principles to our reaction, we can effectively and efficiently deal with our clients’ concerns and ensure that we turn a potential poor experience into a very positive experience.
